PROCESSING/SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive confirmation of your order.
  • Every effort is made to process and ship any order completed and received (by 10am on a business day) on the same day. Excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Small items generally ship via USPS.
  • Larger and/or heavier items generally ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
  • You will receive notification when your order has shipped.
  • Transit time is subject to the specific carrier; USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Core Brands has no control over the shipping carriers or their deliveries.
  • If you have specifics or special instructions related to shipping your order off to you, please be sure to include this information in the ‘Order notes’ section of your order. Or contact us 951.600.9714 to relay this information prior to shipping.  

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

  • For free shipping for your order, this will be displayed at checkout.
  • For flat rate shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 951.600.9714 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

 

Returns Policy

In the event that you wish to return your purchase, please follow the steps below.

RETURN TIME PERIOD

  • All returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

HOW TO BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS

  • Have your order information ready to provide to us (Order # / Order Date).
  • You may contact us via our contact us form (here on our website) or call us at 951.600.9714 to begin the return process.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • You are responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Return Authorization Number will be issued by Core Brands.
  • Return Authorization Number must accompany the product being returned.
  • Product must be unused and in sellable condition.
  • Product must be packed in its original packaging.
  • All returns must be boxed/packed for shipping in a manner similar to the original packing /shipping to protect the product/packaging in transit.
  • Returned product must be received by Core Brands within 20 days of RMA issuance.

PROCESSING REFUND

  • Upon receipt of returned item, product will undergo inspection (confirming that product is unused and in sellable condition).
  • RMA Number will be used to verify original purchase and return.
    • Returns that are received that do not contain proper RMA identification:
      • Must be claimed by the requesting party within 60-days of RMA issuance.
      • Claims beyond (the 60-day return requirement) will be void of return/credits.
      • Exceptions to the (the 60-day return requirement) would require Management approval with documentation supporting the need for a (case by case) variance.

 

 EXCEPTIONS (Defect/Damaged/Missing Component)

  • For defective, damaged or missing components of product, please contact us (or call us at 951.600.9714) to arrange for an exchange or refund.
  • Have your order information ready to provide to us (Order # / Order Date).
