• Easily position the handle to feed strap or reposition the handle to automatically retract the strap and S-hook.
• Superior grade 1-7/8” wide polyester webbing resists abrasion, UV and moisture.
• Recoils into its own weather resistant housing.
• Heavy duty coated steel hardware.
• Heavy duty steel S-hook with scratch-resistant coating.
• Colors: Black housing and strap.
